To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/strong> Because this is a mystery-style product, returns are only accepted if the outer tamper-evident seal\/packaging is fully intact.<\/strong> Once the mystery box is opened and the card is revealed, the item is no longer eligible for a return. This ensures the fairness and integrity of our pool for all collectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the packaging and the PSA slab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, check your account again. Then contact your card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
