These Pokémon Mystery Boxes are made by me. I’m a Pokémon collector who spends a lot of my time sourcing the best-looking cards I can find. I started putting these mystery boxes together on the side because I grew tired of the industry standard. Too many mystery packs feel like a gamble or a waste. They are filled with low-rarity graded cards and bulk. I wanted to create something different: a box where the contents are clearly defined and the value is consistent.

Why Surging Sparks Illustration Rares?

In my opinion, Illustration Rares (IRs) offer the best value and most beautiful artwork in the modern sets. For Series 1, I chose Surging Sparks because it has my personal favorite art. There are 23 unique Illustration Rares in this set, featuring Pokémon like Latios, Alolan Dugtrio, and Clobbopus!

Why PSA 9?

Every box in this series contains one PSA 9 Mint Illustration Rare. I intentionally focus on PSA 9s because PSA 9 slabs looks just as incredible on a shelf as PSA 10s, but remain affordable for someone who wants a premium graded piece without the “Gem Mint” price hike. These cards are already professionally authenticated and protected in a high-quality PSA slab, making them an awesome gift for a friend or a perfect addition to your personal display.
